Email is the channel for bug reports, fancy-text style requests, platform-compatibility findings, and privacy questions. The maintainer reads every message.

Reach the maintainer at hhammoud@inovisum.com. Most non-urgent threads are answered within two to three business days. The maintainer reviews the inbox during weekday mornings (US Eastern). The site does not run social DM channels or a Discord for support; written email lets us reproduce a Unicode rendering issue and cite the exact codepoint involved.
Reporting a fancy-text rendering problem
If a fancy-text style rendered as tofu boxes, flattened back to plain Latin, or was rejected by a platform you tried it on, please include the style name (cursive, glitch, fraktur, etc.), the source text you ran through it, the target platform (Instagram, Discord, TikTok, X, Roblox, email client name), the operating system and browser version, and a screenshot if possible. Different platforms have different rendering pipelines; concrete data lets us tell whether the issue is a tool bug or a platform-side rendering choice.
Translator and counter bugs
For Morse, binary, or other novelty translators, please include the input phrase, the output the tool returned, and the expected output with the reference you checked against (an ITU-R recommendation for Morse, a binary-to-text spec, etc.). For word and character counters, include the text and the count you expected with the counting convention you used (Unicode codepoints vs. UTF-16 code units vs. grapheme clusters can produce different results for emoji-heavy strings).

Bug reports: rendering issue, wrong count, broken layout. Style requests: a fancy-text variant or a platform-compatibility note we should add. Privacy and data: questions about analytics, advertising, or how text input is handled. Partnership and embedding: using a WordCraft tool inside a copy-editing app or a content platform’s text-format helper.
Commitments
We read every message. We will not add you to a mailing list, share your email, or send marketing. We will not provide individualized social-media strategy advice. We will fix a reproducible Unicode or counter bug quickly.
